Long Term Rental Package
- Screening of prospective renters
- Regular home visits to ensure property is being cared for
- Utility monitoring
- Monthly rent collection and distribution
- House cleaning and carpet cleaning between renters
- Scheduling of maintenance to appliances, sprinkler systems, fire systems, etc.
- Advertising (additional fees may apply)
